I don't understand why people love this song so much :o
I give it a 7, just because I like the lyrics.
The music, not so hot.

This song is absolutely, heart-breakingly beautiful. A big fat 10 from me.

I nearly gave a 10 but he has songs I like better. It is great though. The live version on We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful single is my favorite.

A return to form on B-sides...most of the Kill Uncle ones were a downer...the only perfect one between Disappointed and Jack The Ripper

Flawless - 10. The live version he did way back on Jonathon Ross show was stunning.

Wasn't it just? the complete version from 1990? I posted the youtube link here almost a year ago, my first thread I think. The quiff, and the performance, are divine :D

Me like. 7/10.

Like Alexander O'Neal I'm quick to criticise but I missed this one. A 9.5 to 10for me.

Nothing will beat seeing him do it on Johnathan Ross... it was about a year before it was released on the My Love Life single methinks.

Well I say nothing; 23rd Dec G-mex!?! Not quite as life-affirming but still.....

You may ahve noticed (I doubt it) that I give ratings and more often than not don't bother to vote. WELL THATS MY DEMOCRATIC RIGHT
