or is it a reference to something else that i have missed - is he recreating another image? - any ideas?

and its not a flattering look on his face - he looks cross eyed and grumpy - why? - he is usually so photogenic - there must be a more handsome shot from that session? so why choose that one?

if its meant to be comically then its not funny enough

if its not meant to be comical then its too funny?

somehow it just misses the mark

and ends up at odd which is a shame, the covers are often so good - unless i'm missing something?
