And this is the problem with signature looks - you basically become your own stereotype, as when you see Morrissey looking grumpy or Jade Goody saying things that could be construed as racist (and don't mix up those two examples).

The parenthetical comment is the best--since mixing up the examples is exactly what was going through my mind when I read that first sentence.
