Looks like it's got some wear to it.
Those marks above the T and S
look like they been there awhile.
Might help to see the back and
check the wear on it.

Thanks, peeps. The Smash Hits ad is a good spot too. I'm wondering about the fact it's not flat and why the edges aren't so much rounded as bevelled. Do you see this or is it an effect of the ring flash used?
