Hot on the heels of the Suedeheads getting on telly (see posts, passim), there's another high-profile quiz show featuring Morrissey. Angela Rutledge, formerly of Morrissey-Tour.com, last week recorded an edition of Mastermind - her specialist subject is Morrissey. It will be on TV late September. The questions were a mixed bag - some easy, some very tough. By the way, Morrisseytour.com is now a Finnish online poker site:eek:

Hmmm...this evening?

I forgot to watch it last week, programme on 5th didn't have Angela.
 
Just checked the interactive stuff, and tonight we have specialist subjects of:The Life of Noor-Inayet Khan, Ferdinand Magellan, Edith Wharton and The Mod Movement in Britain.

Next week (26th) it's Late Stuart Age, Steely Dan, The Spenser novels of Robert Parker and The Life and Career of Joe Frazier, so it may well be on S&G night - that would be well timed.

If Angela replies, I'll let you know.

I tuned in last night just as the bloke began his chosen subject questions on the "Mod Movement". I answered about 90% of them! I'm no Mod myself (or "Mod Sophisticate" as Morrissey puts it), so was quite chuffed to do so well. It soon dawned on me though that his questions were a peice of piss.

I once worked with the bloke who stumbled on the "Your Occupation?" question. It's often on the TV Clip programmes that they do from time to time. Having said that, I'd have had to think about what we actualy did in that job!
