What is the show/hide option?

If you put spoiler in the brackets of [] [/] and write words/put pictures/links, whatever you'd like in the middle of the brackets it will turn out to be
like this ;)
 
Originally NRitH suggested as a precaution to hide adult materials from underage users, but it's all up to good people's discretion.
