There is some old footage on You tube of The Mary & Jesus Chain bashing Morrissey in a interview,has Morrissey ever said anything out of place with them.

Can you provide a link? For some reason my browser is not loading youtube's page for the moment.
I think Morrissey once said they were interesting or something mildly positive like that.

Probably a Safari thing where if it gets that error it redirects instead of showing you the error. I actually don't like when web browser do things the web-site did not tell them to do. I'm sure it is something that can be turned off.

Hmmm, about as complimentary as the Jesus & Mary Chain could ever get.

Off the top of my head, I remember Morrissey being asked whether the Mary Chain did anything particularly anarchic or interesting and he said something like - whether they did or they didnt they werent really given the chance
