This means that after 16 long years November Spawned A Monster has finally been replaced as most-played live song by... First Of The Gang To Die.

I was just thinking...and I know this will be blindingly obvious to everyone else...but since this is the Greatest Hits tour, I'd say it's more than likely that the tracklisting for that album will be a selection of the above songs.

I think the final track listing will be more dependant on which record label songs are on. How many record labels has Morrissey been on now?
It only takes one not to authorise tracks to be released on another label and some classic songs could be absent.:(

which is really qute a sad thing to happen , i admire the train spotting detail of this thread well done

Thanks so much for tracking this tour:)
This fulfills us obsessives, and makes me a bit sad I didn't get to hear Interesting Drug, but then it was only played 3 times...
Am so glad I got to hear the 1 performance of At Last I am Born, as I am probably the only fan of that song!

Thanks, Johan. Nice variety, Moz. Wish I had heard Interesting Drug, Lucky Lisp or Playboys (maybe next tour?! :p) but am very happy with the set I got and esp Last Night I Dreamt. That song at the IN concert is a powerful, lasting image for me- the first time I've cried at a Moz show. Being 3 feet away had a lot to do with it :) I thank you again for your due diligence!

I think this may answer the question Why is Morrissey so happy lately. Tho his answer as to why he really is Born is still pretty vague  that's our Moz

I think I want to throw up

if I had the choice between november and gang, I would choose for
first of the gang to die, cause it's a better song to play live

It's catchy, but it's nowhere as brilliant as November Spawned A Monster...

FOTGTD may now be the most sung at Moz solo gigs but if you add the Smiths gigs in then the most sung song is.............

HOW SOON IS NOW

but we're not....

Still Ill is probably the most played song by The Smiths, if not...Hand In Glove

Thanks for putting this list together. That's a lot of songs they did. Keeps it more interesting for them as well as us.
Cheers.

Johan,

I also have stats like those on "Passions Just Like Mine", but I don't get the same numbers you get. We differ for "I Like You", "You Have Killed Me", "I Just Want To See The Boy Happy" and "Let Me Kiss You". Where do you get your setlists?

Stephane

I haven't seen them all :)
I just relied on the setlists as they appeared in the Tour section on the main page.

I saw your stats for the entire Greatest Hits Tour 2007.
Yes, we disagree on 3 or 4 songs, but only by a single performance luckily.
