Default Morrissey's voice on Janice Long

I'm not sure that Morrissey didn't sing the songs better in concert (as heard on the MP3s), but I think these session versions are the best recorded instances of Morrissey's voice since, at the very least, 'Vauxhall and I', possibly 'Bona Drag'. I love the clarity, and the way he sings more soflty and with consequent greater flexibility. Considering I don't rate these new songs very highly, I thought these recordings were lovely. It makes me wonder what 'Maladjusted' might have sounded like with less gloopy production.
