Green Day, Lady Gaga, Soundgarden at Lollapalooza 2010

It's not official, but the lineup for Chicago's annual summer festival Lollapalooza is beginning to leak -- and Lady Gaga, Green Day, and reunited Seattle grunge rockers Soundgarden are expected to headline the three-day event this August, sources tell the Daily Swarm.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that negotiations with Arcade Fire and the Strokes are nearly finalized, and adds that Yeasayer, the xx, Dirty Projectors, Cut Copy, and Hot Chip are confirmed to perform.

As someone who goes to Lolla every year I am quite peeved by Greenday. Gaga I find no worse than the selection of the Killers last year, I just hope a better headliner is performing during whatever night has Greenday

i f***ing love soundgarden, green day, and lady gaga. the only thing the arcade fire ever did for me was rock the shit out of "Poupee De Cire, Poupee De Son" by France Gall.

Soundgarden? It's just like old times. But Dirty Projectors and Hot Chip? I hope they're on the same day. I might could go. The three day pass is about $400, I think. As somebody sang a long, long time ago: "I can't go for that. (No can do.)"
