its quite sad at the end of that film as the chap with the charlie chaplin moustache dies! I didn't really know what was going in that film as you had to read it and the people were speaking funny.

The thread could have easily been made into a thread on how people love him, rather than yet ANOTHER slaging off session of a solo user .. wether Callboy is a troll or not, there's no reason why we can't make the thread into something sensible and worthwhile. Whether callboy was genuine about it or not, the statement was obviously about how some of us will always love him, so fur gudness sake, add our own love notes to Morrissey in response. Im not saying callboy isn't a troll .. but there are more productive ways than just shunting a thread to off topic and then proceed to just abuse the heck out of it ... Make the best out of a half decent thread, is all im saying.

I may not be your usual punter, but to be called a 'Troll' by you is quite simply an insult too far.
A few days ago I came to work near Manchester and this prompted me to join this Morrissey site. I have been a devotee of his Mozzness for many years and have met many wonderful people at his concerts, but until now I have resisted joining in any internet discussion groups about him as I simply have other things to do with my time.

My first couple of posts were messages to somebody to let them know I was here, and to tell them my chosen username.
My next post was a simple and heartfelt expression of my feelings about Morrissey and his wonderful work.
No insults, no wind-ups, no bad language, no 'trolling' as you seem to call it. I suppose I wanted to see how much imagination your members had, given such a minimalist, but loaded expression of my devotion to Morrissey. I very quickly discovered this place is crammed with the usual shallow and boring characters that surround us elsewhere.

I was insulted very early on, someone calling me 'pointless'.
Then I find my Morrissey thread, on a Morrissey forum, moved to some strange place.

And this evening, I log on to your site to find someone has misjudged me, taken my posts out of context and applied their own lack of imagination to them. You do not deserve real Morrissey devotees on here. And this one will think twice before returning.

If you were a real person in front of me, Kewpie, I would find it hard to resist pushing you over my damp dog.

So-Low indeed. Now I know what was meant by that expression.

You have chased away a real Morrissey lover. One who would not even consider 'trolling'. I was hoping to have intelligent discussions on here, and perhaps even some fun.
I've had a hard day at work and really did not think I would come home to this.
Yours, saddened, surprised, amazed how insulted and misjudged I feel about this nonsense, but with a new understanding of the So-Low slant.

I understand your annoyance .. but chill .. seriously .. dont worry. wether you're a roll or not . .who cares what people call people .. stick n stones etc .. you can only get banned really for offnsive language an such things .. an as far as i can see you havent used any .. so just chill and stick around ..find out the sensible ones, they are on here, trust me .. cant always see the forest for the trees ..

and Kewpie is a good egg .. she means well .. bit forthright at times but nothing malcious like some others on here. Troll is often a loose term. it really depends on what people find trollish .. to many, a 'pointless thread' can seem trollish .. to me that's ludicrous, but it's just the way it goes.

I never called him a troll.

When I moved the thread it was one post that had nothing to do with Morrissey and everything to do with what callboy had on his mind. I moved it to off-topic.
