For those of you having time zone conversion problems, try:

http://sandbox.xerox.com/stewart/tzconvert.cgi

Make sure you enter the time in military time (i.e. "18:00:00") and that you select "US/Pacific" for the "From Time Zone:" category. After you click "Convert" scroll down to see the results.

Good Luck!

rob,
your link is nice, but not working correctly. Your link calculated 15:00 german time but it should have been 03:00.

The KROQ chat was dreadful. I'm not sure
why most of the people were even there.

ugh...I was late to it...but just knowing moz was there was great...I'm glad he said thank you and about how it has been a long haul....but of course stupid people just yell(can you yell with a keyboard?*L*) very lame things...oh well.

I found the chat distressing, actually. A couple of my questions were posted by the mediator but guess what? I got booted off for "too many people trying to connect" before I ever saw if Moz responded....by the time I could log back on, the history was gone so I couldn't scroll up to check....all I wanted to know was what some of the "topics" of the newly-written songs were, when we could expect an lp and a full-on US tour, etc.

I felt like there were perhaps 5 intelligent beings in that chatroom and everyone else was more concerned about getting Morrissey to notice them, "I love you Moz", "When can we have sex, Moz." How dreadful. I am still reeling with sickness from the entire thing.

You know... at least you people got connected! I couldn't get on the stupid thing! So quit complaining!! Maybe KROQ will get smart and we can use a REAL chat client next time instead of a lame HTML/java based one. THIS BITES!

Too many people I know couldn't get in... a transcript of the chat would be great.
Whatever happened, we hope Moz keeps on singing till the end of Time.

Just read the transcript of the chat. Awful.

Anyway - glad to hear he's not playing with Marr. If he did it would signal a real decline in his career. He isn't that old. Long live Moz.

The chat wasn't all that great. Mostly everybody had stupid questions such as, "Do you eat meat?" "What books are you reading?" and my favourite one, "Can I have your address?". Ironically, Morrissey answered all the dumbest ones that have been answered numerous times for the past 16 years.. Basically, Moz only answered questions that could be answered in one quick sentence.

i`m having a hard time believing it was morrissey.
to the first few questions he answered:
"well, to all those questions the answer is yes"
but they were wh questions...
he made stupid jokes, didnt tell anything new.
he didnt answer intelligent q like i asked (:
or others..
basically i think it was someone from kroq having a laugh at moz being so inlove w/ himself and never giving straight answers. but this was too pbvious. someone should print the transcript and show it to moz at coachella!!!!!!

I liked reading the trascript. At least we now know that Morrissey does not mind us getting up on stage with him!

Reading the condensed transcript of his answers makes it seem a tad better than it actually was. I'm glad he recommended "Nil By Mouth" though. Terrific film!

I agree with almost everyone who was there. It was very disappointing. Those who missed it, didn't miss much.
And by the way, me you can't be me I'm Me.
