  • New tour date - Hartlepool - Borough Hall, Dec. 4, according to Aloud.com. Tickets on sale now.

  • Salisbury - City Hall, Nov. 22 (The date change was correct on the Aloud.com site, but not the venue change). From Judith at the Salisbury Arts Centre:

Just to let you know that the information on the web site about appearing at Salisbury Arts Centre is incorrect. They are actually appearing at the City Hall, salisbury. I would be grateful if you could change this ASAP as we are getting lots of calls about it.

  • Swansea, Norwich (date is now Nov. 21) and Glasgow tickets are now on sale at Aloud.com.

  • Stockholm tickets now on sale. From John Robertson:

Morrissey tickets for an October 25th show went on sale this morning at 9 a.m. in Stockholm through Biljett direkt. All tickets are general admission and the price is 290 SEK. The concert venue holds around 2,000 people.

  • From fut, a link to Ticketmaster's Top 50 most visited online site events (UK). For Sept. 15, Morrissey was #12, for Sept. 14, he was #2.

Consumer Monkey

Hartlepool is famous because a monkey was once washed upon the coast from some shipwreck and the wise Hartlepool folk thinking he was a French spy decided to hang the poor little bugger in the town square. Thats why Hartlepool town football club are known as the "Monkey Hangers".
