Just noticed that the staff at the AV Club have listed their worst concert experiences and Mozzer is mentioned twice! (Nathan Raban, Josh Modell) Here's the link:

  • "Crazy homeless guy" vibe, cranky old man who peed his pants, speed-damaged troll - the writer gets off some very bon mots about Mark.

  • Now he'll never do an interview with us! Moz, all the other shows were great. That was a tough year for all of us.

  • Those early years of 2000 were hard times for Moz.

  • I was at that Chicago show. He actually played about 8 1/2 songs, lasted about 35 minutes. Best 35 minutes of my life. Yes, we were all really upset when he suddenly just walked off the stage, and people were chanting "Morrissey sucks"...it was a real fiasco. But I thought the songs they did play sounded freaking awesome. The band sounded so ballsy on that tour, busting out rockers like "Maladjusted" and "Boy Racer". Anyway...
