It appears that Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce have signed a record deal: 'Smiths' get signed - NME.com Excerpt: They record something 'Peculiar' Former members of The Smiths Mike Joyce and Andy Rouke, have signed a deal with Blackburn College's label On Song. The duo, along, with singer Vinny Peculiar, are set to release their new album 'The Fall And Rise Of Vinny Peculiar' on the label.

And on the whole, legal, Morrissey / Marr / Rourke / Joyce, who is mental, who isn't, who did what to whom debate, we'll never know for sure; although, there are a few facts to support the case that a certain ex-Smith has gone a bit Squire Falkland on poor old Mozzer.
