In this year's poll of the german music mag musikexpress, You Are The Quarry reaches #3, behind this years winners Franz Ferdinand with their self-titled debut and The Libertines also self-titled second (and maybe last) album. The poll was held by the staff of the magazine; the readers' poll is to follow in the next issue. Due to it's position the disc get an bigger and good review, although it's not fully positive. As the mag is pro Morrissey in general, this came as no big surprise.
