To give you some idea of the type of thing we're after, here's a snap of me loitering outside Morrissey's former home in Manchester. Obviously it would be a good thing if the pictures you send us actually feature Morrissey, and it would help if they are of a slightly better quality. But we'll consider anything - even slightly weird or unusual images...

Many thanks,

Pat

  • Im just wondering... this was mozzer's "before fame" house right?
So whats up with the interviews saying he didn't have luxury while growing up? I know he wasnt dead poor but thats a pretttttty big home isn't it? or is it one of those duplex houses, kinda like a house apartment? I cant really tell from the picture I have really bad eye sight and I can't walk to the house either. lol

  • Well it never rains but it pours. What a year for Morrissey fans having to buy an extra book shelf. From what I can count/remember we've these to buy/look forward to...

    1 Pat Reid's Morrissey book.
    2 Simon Goddard's Smiths book.
3 Mark Simpson's Saint Morrissey (will it ever see the light of day?)
4 S Michael Tolley's Mother (feat the I Don't Mind If You Forget Me bit)
5 That other book of fan/gig going things mentioned on Moz solo last year?
6 Kevin Cummins recent photo book.

... well the CD racks may not have grown with new releases from his royal quiffedness but he's been more than responsible for the felling of a few rain forests hasn't he?

  • These must be the best Smiths-pictures I have ever seen. Can't Pat as Steve Oroebc and use a few of them in his book?

    Dear Pat,

We too can contribute to your book in much the same way.

    Sincerely,
