Have you looked downloads bootlegs site directory on top of the forum?
You find FAD (frequently asked downloads) links, most of tracks you are looking for available from there.
However, B-side tracks of You Are The Quarry and Ringleader of The Tormentors are still available from iTunes and 7digitals.

A large percentage of the tracks he's looking for are available for legitimate purchase and I'm not sure if a moderator of this forum should be advocating theft of those songs. Is that legal?

Legally speaking, any and all music outside of bands that specifically state they they allow a free taping and trading policy such as Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, Phish and others are in violation of US Copyright in the minimum. Just because it comes from a live broadcast does not make it legal as the artist and or license holder of that music retains the right to market and release a live version at their discretion. Any transmitting of that music can be considered as potential damages to potential revenue from sales.
With that said - some people need to get a life.

Definitely... on a Morrissey forum, grave concerns about getting your hands on your coveted records makes sense. Grave concerns about getting 'caught stealing' do not.

This is a great download. I'm going to try it tomorrow. Time for bed. I wish I had something to share.
