I just heard the new Gene-single "As Good As It Gets" on ther radio... and by God it was magnificent!!! I almost fainted. Yes, it was THAT good!!! The saviours are back and they kick arse like never before! It sounded really fresh and really... muscular... so beware kids, le Roz is back!!!!!
I can´t wait for the album... pleasepleaseplease let it come soon...
And oh, I´ve been away in the real world for a couple of weeks, but now I´m back and ready to take on you all again... =)

Im just curious if you happen to know wether or not the new album will even be released? Since the big Polydor buyout from Seagrams and universal music happenned, apparently Gene were one of the unfortuanate "Drop-ees". This rumour has been verified by a friend of mine at Columbia who is trying to pick them up....but does anyone know if the album will still be released now???

The single is out on Polydor on february 8.
and the title is extreamly appropriate too! cos this surely is as good as it gets!

Hello Martin!

I agree totally!! The new single is fan-tas-tic!!!!! Gene will save us all!
I also had the chance to listen to another song off the new album which is called ´The Looker´ - which is just as fantastic as ´As good..´
The new Gene album will leave us all in awe once again!
If only Martin would get rid of that short crop. I don´t find the new look too becoming.

Yeah, what´s with that skinhead look anyway? Hmmm...
And I read in Select today that Martin said that they´ve tried to capture their live sound on the album... and by hearing the single I´d say they´ve succeeded... it really rocked!!
Was the other song you heard similar?
