i just checked his myspace and his last log on was july 13th, but he hasnt really had any new comments in months, cept for spam type stuff, which leads me to believe he's not really keeping in touch with anyone, maybe just checking his myspace briefly here and there. I texted him once, months ago, to see if he was okay, but he never answered. :(

at least he's alive.

If you DO have things blocked at work there are plenty of ways to get around the security protocols.

At work we secretly installed AOL on some of the computers. With fair reason the Department of Education has any and all websites blocked that contain too many questionable language and images. That is fair to me as if free reign the kids would do too many questionable things.

However it is hard to teach certain lessons on war/battles, conflicts, racism and anything controversial as it is usually blocked. The JFK assassination information is somehow blocked.

For some reason AOL bypasses all security protocols. I will log into AOL and using their browser be allowed to access pages I normally would not be.

Something for anyone that to consider that is blocked from certain sites.

I was the only one that entered the field of Education. The rest of my friends are with the FDNY and the NYPD. I rsvp'd no to that party and as I sat doing paperwork all yesterday I pondered that move.

It's a blessing in diguise as I get to spend more time with my kids. I'm also working for our church (accounting work) part time on Fridays. And don't even think that I'll steal post-its from church (double sin!! :p)
