Many thanks for taking the time to scan and upload this one, and of course, for sharing it!!!

I don't think I'll be using it because I've grown some kind of ethics of playing it my way even if it were wrong. Back when I was learning all those songs I had no sheet music at all, and it was so hard to get to play those song that I have to stick to my way!!
Anyway it's a really rare one and I han't seen many of those pictures before!!!
