Does anyone know which image hosting site takes the most liberal view as to content? I'm getting really fed up with Photobucket removing (what I regard as) such mild content as they do.

The Louvre pics are fabulous.
Can i ask what kind of gear you were using?

Thanks anon x - I used a Nikon D80 and a Tamron 10-24mm wide angle lens for most of the shots. I'll post some more later as I took hundreds, Paris is a photographer's dream.

:lbf: There's really not that much difference, is there? The ice cream is probably cheaper and better in Blackpool.

mozmal November 6, 2009, 08:26 AM what camera are you using, digital or film?
really nice... i like the slow shutter speed effect.
Considering you were drunk, you've still got a very steady hand. Did someone hold you up? Very nice shot!
Sphinx November 6, 2009, 09:57 AM Lovely firework shots - great vantage point - ohh reflections are crisp.
suparni November 6, 2009, 03:29 PM what camera are you using, digital or film?
really nice... i like the slow shutter speed effect.
thanks Steph... these are all taken with a canon 5d. I shot the first ones at f/22 ISO 100 and left the shutter open for a long time on a tripod.
The one in london I was honestly drunk and I don't remember the shutter speed or f stop but it looks like it was f/4 or so at around IS0 800 with at 1/40th or 1/50th
I gave it that old looking effect in photoshop... you can really make digital look like film these days if you know how to use it and if if you shoot raw.
Cheers and thanks.
Franzanna December 18, 2009, 11:55 AM I have the day off school today, so I decided to take photos of the snow on the estate.

Thanks! It's Lithuania, Klaipeda. The cliff is 25 m. high, supposed to be the highest place of the seashore, and yes it's quite windy. But it's very beautiful in summer, however now it's hard to believe I used to sunbathe at this very beach last year.;)
Don't live there anymore though, I took these last week while on vacations.
