I hate my Morrissey pandora radio channel. Just because I like Morrissey it thinks I like emo bands as well.

ok I made a joke about it above, but now I'm gonna ask for help.

I have my page set up on lastfm (as Depeche609) and I made a Morrissey channel.
After they played my most hated Morrissey song (Teachers Afraid Pupils) they are continuing to hit me with Brit pop.

WTF?

Is there anyway to tell it that I like other things besides Brit pop?
I'd like some dark wave and industrial or really any 80's tune in there. Is there no way for that to happen. Are they just gonna hit me with stuff that they THINK I want.:mad:

I have to set up another channel and choose a "dancier" artist if I want that right?
Is there no way for me to make a station with it all mixed in.

Already looked into it. You can get into big trouble for broadcasting music over podcasts for some reason.

Last.fm (http://www.last.fm) is currently experience some catastrophic power failure--their data center's power was to be shut off for 8 hours, but they've got power supplies exploding as machines come back online.

I hope this isn't a sign of larger problems. Last.fm always did seem to be a site that was barely held together with rubber bands behind that slick (but slow) interface.

Has anyone taken a look at Last.fm's beta site (http://beta.last.fm/music/The+Smiths)? It decidedly cleaner, but now it's soooo Facebook-y. I just hope that the new layout will load more quickly than the current one, which is dog slow on every computer I use.

In the interest of full disclosure, I confess that whatever the layout is, I'd soooo do their lead designer. :horny:
