I have to go to a course at work, my bf might get fired today, I have to get my friend to come sit with my son when she has not had much sleep, the course I am going to I have been on before and I am livid I have to go again, I then have to work tonight, all of these things are making me feel mad!

why is it that a nearly 20 year old car, is suddenly having parts deleted, and only 'consumables' are available,(although i have issues with which bit if a fuel pump isnt a consumable) GRRR i am so pissed off with them, as it probably mean i will have to sell my 'babies' and be pushed into a more modern car just so i could get parts should i need them, it is bloody unfair and i for one cannot and do not want to afford it.

I just went 5 miles to make a deposit and the bank is out of deposit envelopes at both ATM's. They need to be fined. This could have cost me a late fee.

My other bank was offline today for maintenence "until 1 pm", the notice read, when I checked in at 2:30 pm.

Then there is my credit card comapny that charged me $12.95 rush fee even though I made the payment two days before it's due, because they take advantage of people. My other credit card company doesn't do this and you can pay on the due date.

I really believe banks and credit card companies are ...

evil is too strong of a word, but they are designed to take advantage of working people and add more money to those that already have too much.

I'm not a communist. I believe in reward for innovation, but things are drastically out of balance, and people have advantages because their great-great-grandfathers had advantages. The whole thing rests on the backs of the middle class who blame the poor for their problems, and strive to be rich, so they can sit back and be disgusting, too.

I used to have those problems rushing around depositing money...

All of my paycheck money is through direct deposit... I wake up and the money is there.
I can then pay my credit card, car insurance, student loan, cell phone and most everything else through the internet. Once in awhile I go to the bank to deposit checks or money orders but they usually sit here until they build up to be worth it to make the trip.

Dave - I give you credit though for trusting the leave the money in the envelope thing and hope it is deposited. I feel more comfortable with a computer processing my money then a bank teller as I always have a receipt.

I dunno I would feel like I am simply leaving my money there and hoping that they get it.

I don't get a paycheck. I work selling for myself and others online and most of my money comes into Paypal accounts. They won't do an instant transfer. They hold your money for 5 days so they can get the interest. So I have to pay $1.75 to get the money I already paid a charge on. And my bank limits the withdrawal to $200, so then I have to go to my other bank and pay another $2.00 to get the rest of my money so I can pay my rent.

You're right about putting cash into an ATM, but I've been doing it for years and it's worked.

I too accept paypal. The money transfer in itself is not because of Paypal... it is because paypal is treated as a third party check because they are not an acredited banking institution backed by the US Gov.

well she rang the police, see someon came to her house to tell her and gave a name of the person who had done it. The police would not go round her house at 11pm so they were going round today.

I read also that wearing a bracelet can make sensitize the skin, and make you more susceptible to some other environmental factor. It might not be the bracelet.

I would clean it thoroughly, or have a jeweler clean it, sonically if possible instead of with chemicals. Then I wouldn't wear it all the time. If it only happens with this bracelet it could be something in the bracelet itself. Your skin has chemicals that react with the material of the bracelet. If it's silver, you could have it plated with rhodium, which is common, doesn't cost much, and makes it shine like platinum without tarnishing.

Maybe it was cleaned with harsh chemicals which are not completely gone, since silver will have lots of little scratches. A good cleaning is the place to start.

Thanks dave. It's bloody typical, I'm allergic to most bracelets/rings etc but it's silver and I've had it on all week...I'll put on some steroid cream and see if that helps. It might clear up on its own, if not, I will have it cleaned. Damn my sensitive skin :mad:

I was also given a lovely ring, which is just silver, and a necklace which has a lovely moonstone in it. I know it's not the end of the world, but it sucks all the same :(

I"ve given him the chance to give up the transaction without a non-paying bidder strike, because he hardly has any feedback and has a bad one already, so I sort of feel sorry for him, but he's not answering my message to cancel the sale. Meanwhile, the people that bid right below him have great feedback, but after some times goes by it makes it less likely that they will still want the item. So much of it is impulse. I've "lost" auctions when I would up being glad I was outbid because I decided I didn't need to spend the money anyway.

I wish ebay let you set your own rules more. He did not read my payment instructions and he's trying to ignore that part, and now he's not responding. I should be able to just tell that the deal is over, too bad.

My friend is looking into getting an online store, but then you have to rely on people finding you through google, looking for a specific item, whereas people go to ebay to browse. We sell to lots of people that shop at work that just look at ebay when they are bored, and they aren't going to google looking for specific things.

I do have two accounts with online stores that are free, but nothing has sold. I have sold things on craigslist though. I might do some more of that.

Anyway, I'm not that worried about this idiot. At the most we will trade bad feedback, but I've pretty much decided I am not going to accept his payment now. It's a big item and I don't want to take a money order and I said that in my listing. On his negative feedback he responded and accused the person of bid-rigging and called them an "asshat" which is the stupidest insult I've ever heard of. I know I wouldn't talk to this person for 2 seconds in real life, and sure wouldn't sell them anything.

God I HATE those stupid children of our yard. so I have to say my mood is a bit better now, but this morning at 5am I was livid, some twit from top flat, was trying to kick the main door in, and was ringing the buzzer to our flat for ages, so someone let him in and when we were going out this morning there was blood all over the close.
It seems he punched in a window at a local pub and decided to come to his girlfriends flat and she would not let him in so we got it, the main door is right next to Dylans room window so as you can imagine he was rather frightened about it all.
inconsiderate people, they make me go into a bad mood.

Ewwwww...Poor Dylan, hope he isn't upset about it too much. :(


Last night when I went to work, there was a woman who turned up to work wrong day.
She was supporsed to start working from Thursday night, but came last night, it was her fault.
I suggested her to go home because there's nothing I could do, but she refused to accept the explanation, I had to shut the door and turned her away.
The admin of the company is very sloppy which made me grumpy.

Dylan is ok now, but was upset at the time.
What did the woman want? to come in and work when there was no work for her? silly of her not to accept the fact, was there not a work rota she could have seen.
I have seen that at my work not very often but sometimes people will come in in error but they just go home.

In an attempt to get the kids away from the telly I took them out for a walk this morning in the fresh air...we collected a whole carrier bag full of fallen autumn leaves...all manor of beautiful shapes and colours. I gave them a huge sheet of coloured paper and some glue sticks when we got home to make a wonderful collage and they sat together at the kitchen table to begin their masterpiece. Now a full scale war has erupted as they both want the same bloody leaf even though they have about a million to choose from. They are not talking and the little one is sobbing and the big one has stomped off upstairs and slammed her bedroom door!!! Ever wished you had just stuck the telly on...aaarrrggghhh! I'm going for a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit!:mad:

Sounds like my neighbors! They so graciously decided to play their rap crap from 10:30 p.m. last night to 3:00 A.M. THIS MORNING! In that time, I got about 1 hour of sleep. And as it grew later and later, the music got louder and louder and louder. Seriously, everything in my house was closed up, all double-pained windows and doors - shut. And even still, I could make out every single word being sung in these obnoxious songs....my mom got fed up and had to call the police. I already haven't been well, coughing all night, and she couldn't handle the rudeness of our neighbors combined anymore; I don't blame her, I was ready to go and give them a piece of my mind! :mad:

Poor you...hope you'll get a quiet peacful night.

Luckily they stopped playing music now.
Noise really gets my nerves and I wish those people would be considerate to neighbours.

hmm its a very small area, we can switch our buzzer off and have been doing that, however I had put it on cause when friends wanted in they were having to ring and say they were outside. I just forgot to put it off the other night.
I will be making sure it is off now at night. I recall one time we got back from a holiday and the boiler had burst, ruining the tv, vid, dvd and carpet. My mother waited weeks till the insurance sorted it all out.

My latest gripe is bloody sainsburys have stopped selling the silica cat litter my cat has always used :mad: selfishness! I had to drag home a bag of the normal stuff, which the cat is not going to be happy about as she hasn't had it since she was 6 weeks old, and will probably wee on the floor again :rolleyes: *sighs* I've managed to get some online, but that's a pain, as I won't be in when they deliver it and will have to arrange redelivery

My phlegmatic throat is very irritating at school because sometimes I have to clear my throat and it's very noisy, or then I have to swallow the phlegms and it's revolting and it doesn't help. Clearing throat it doesn't help either in my case.

A few years ago i thought i may have been going through early menopause; found out it's alcohol induced. I rarely drink anymore and when i do i remember why i cut down so much. Before the Moz show on Friday I had 2 Kirin Lights and they didn't bother me. Met up with some friends yesterday afternoon and decided to try 2 Miller Lights (maybe that's the trick!). Heaven knows I was miserable last night.

Now I have to begin the search for what I can drink without the side effects or just give it up all together. Anybody recommend some organic wine I can try?
