ordered a t-shirt end of june, and still nothing, keep failing to reply to my emails:mad::mad:

had got a t-shirt previous to this and the service was okay, this time however:eek:

and no bloody phone number to get them on the phone to tell me what the story is with my order!!!!

any manchester people able to help with the phone number (pretty sure they are based in manc land?)

I ordered a shirt about 3 months ago only came yesterday.Thier base is in Canada or Italy one of them thier no where near manchester.The reason they said my order took so long is cause they were in the middle of moving from canada to italy and thry haven`t got through thier back orders yet:rolleyes:.just hold tight

My point is if they tell you tee shirts are in stock and you will receive in 21 days and they arrive 3 months later thats shoddy business practice IMO. Did they debit your account straight away or 3 months after your order? I think I know the answer. :) ack to everythingenglish.com for me. My problem with bluecat is NO answer to my emails. To me there is no excuse for that shoddy practive. I have cancelled my order

Ring your bank CJM. Explain to them that they will not return your emails and you believe that you will not receive your goods as you have heard from various internet sorces. They will stop payment

I bought a Smiths T-shirt from them which was advertised as 36 inch chest. When it came it was tiny, it would only fit a child. That is the only problem with ordering clothes items on-line. Won't be ordering again which is a shame as they have some nice stuff.

I got mine which I love, it's great quality. Washed it and put it in the dryer, no peeling or shrinking. They sent it quickly and sent me up to date emails regarding my order, shipment, etc. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I agree! Everything English is amazing! I ordered my Every Day is Like Sunday shirt from them Friday night and I got it by Monday!

Yeh, i ordered 2 shirts on the 29th aug,,they took my money 3 days after,,ive emailed them 4 times this week,,each e.mail getting more cheesed off,,no reply,,,last e mail i mentioned a chargeback and i would be contacted consumer progammes ie WATCHDOG,,,(havent a clue if they would be interested just thought i would throw into the email to give it a bit of weight)

can i ask is a chargeback only done if you have a credit card, ie,,american express,visa,,,,i payed by my high street bank hsbc switch/maestro card can a chargeback be applied by the payment i made?....

seriously,,dont you think a site like bluecat could be reported to some sort of internet moderator,,,does anyone think watchdog would be interested,,(anyone have the phone no),,i really feel strongly about companys so blatently ripping people off and no one stopping them......surely any web store should have a landline phone no for order issues,,how are these guys allowed to operate...AHHRRRRRGGGGGHHHH...

HI...update on my bluecat order i made on the 29th aug,,ive sent them about 10 emails about the order,,ive had no reply to any of them,,,the last email i threatened them with a chargeback to my bank account and said i would put a complaint in some way about this joke of a company,,spoke to my hsbc bak about a week ago to file a chargeback dispute,,phoned them today to see what was going on they said a letter was going out to me to sign and send back to bank which they then send to bluecat which gives them 21 days to refund,,,,,,bluecat have not replied to me once,,but were quick enough to debit my account within 48 hrs for 2 shirts,,,this has took my faith out of buying on the internet...

I always like to wear a Moz shirt to the gigs but all I have left is a tattered YATQ shirt which has paint stains on. I've found a shirt I like at Bluecat store, but I was wondering if I buy it tonight will it get to me before the 25th?

Anyone else bought anything from bluecat, and if so did it arrive fairly quickly? I live in Essex so shouldn't be too hard for it to reach me in time, surely?!

You'd better order other similar sites rather than from bluecat which many people had bad experiences.

Apparently their orders are delivered from Italy rather than Canada, and the move had caused the delay. I eventually got the shirt about 3 or 4 months after ordering - disappointing, and despite some good shirts, I wont be ordering from them again.

They certainky don't offer a good service , the delivery times stated at the purchase time appear to be false , i waited about 5 months for my hang the DJ! T shirt .Its ridiculus but its just a case of waiting. I complained via email since has been pointed out theres no contact number. I think mine must have been dispatched when i sent the email because i got another t shirt some days later with apologies. Try it and you might just get buy one get one free.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but just wanted to mention that I've written to Watchdog about bluecatstore's blatant thieving - anyone else who's had trouble might want to do the same (if they can be bothered), as the company appears to have given up on replying to its customers' requests for delivery dates/refunds/ any info whatsoever.

I doubt that Watchdog will be bothered with this (possibly too minor), but it's worth a try to get these fraudulent fuckers closed down, isn't it?

The site www.bluecatstore.com has been suspended by their host, due to complaints arriving at the host from Bluecat customers, that products are not being shipped to them and that they are unable to gain contact with Bluecat.

Email is still operational for such customers still awaiting shipments and we recommend emailing andy@bluecatstore.com to attempt to gain response from the owner of this company regarding your orders.

Please do not attempt to contact the hosting company with regards to these shipments as they have nothing to do with that process, Bluecat themselves or can in any way affect shipment of goods to you.

I would suggest doing a chargeback via your card (if you go to http://www.xomreviews.com/bluecatstore.com there's a bit of info on this.) I would bet money that you'll get no T-shirt from them. It's about time they were suspended - when I contacted the host, like, in March, I just got fobbed off: "No, they're not scamming anyone, we think they're just having trouble with deliveries. Have you tried e-mailing them?" Yes, about 27 times!!!
