Hey,
Last night, my friend Pete and me booked our annual trip back to the UK!
This time, we're actually staying in not only Manchester but also,
Liverpool!!!! You all KNOW I'm a HUGE (no pun intended on myself) fan of this great city and hope to retire there from my job. :)
I did A LOT of researching too, to the disappointment of our travel agent. She couldn't simply help at all and there were no direct flights from the airports we wanted to go out from. We ended up getting a non-stop directly to MCR but, we got a hotel not only there but, in Liverpool too. All of this hard work will pay off!!
This is my 4th time in Liverpool and Manchester as a yank and I can truly say (as Pete does too) that I am so very excited to return! Liverpool is where my heart is....Now, I have something positive and fun to look forward to. I hope this isn't ridiculous but, I just wanted to spread the joy in my life now (unlike my usual misery). So, onward year and only 300 days left!!!!!
