I shared this recording for all Morrissey fans out there but it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING that people convert my lossless recording to mp3 without even bothering to ask for my permission and upload this inferior version in all different kind of places...

I truly apologize - I am the culprit. I originally posted a thread directing people to your torrent on dimeadozen, but some people there said they have a problem with torrents and asked if someone could download it from there and upload it here. Since my upload speed is very slow, uploading a FLAC would've taken me ages, so I converted it to MP3 with the best means available (Lame with V0 preset). I really didn't think it would be a problem, I thought it was common practice. Apparently, I was wrong, and I apologize. We are all very grateful to you for the hard work you took to record the concert and share it for free, and if you prefer I can remove the link to the MP3s that I posted.

Well, since it's a mono audience recording, I didn't think any quality decrease would be audible in MP3s converted with the best tools available. This isn't meant to be an excuse, though, I know that I did something wrong and I should've contacted you because it was you who taped the show and I couldn't just assume it was okay with you. I just wasn't aware of this etiquette, since I'm not really into the live recordings scene and the shows posted on this board are always circulated in MP3 format. Now that I know, I won't do it again without getting the taper's permission. Again, I apologize if you feel that what I did was disrespectful towards you, it certainly wasn't my intention, I just wanted to share the recording with the people on the board who don't use torrents.
