My current one is from my favorite TV show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
The rabbit one, chica, was from monty Python and the Holy Grail. The knights are told there's a vicious monster guarding this cave. They don't see anything so King Arthur asks :"where, behind the rabbit?" and they tell him "it is the rabbit. That's the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered rodent you ever set eyes on!"

My signature changes depending. I've decided that nobody has to know what it means and that if it amuses me that is sufficient. Trust that is always has deep meaning though. For example:

My current signature is about a customer we call Dr Bob, click-clack, or that old clicking bastard, because he clicks his false teeth constantly. He has 10 adopted sons and none of them are sissyboys, we have been informed. He wears Dickies shorts to the knee and black over the calf socks so that he shows about 2 inches of leg. What a tease huh? He also wears gigantic turquoise and silver jewelry including a belt buckle that looks like a pro wrestling chamionship belt except it has a horsehead on it. We think he has something to prove and is busy proving it. So anyway, there was this pot metal wall hanging with some sort of Indian deity depicted on it and it was copper colored.
