One of Boz's bands 'The OneThree' announced the following on their myspace site. Dont know if this will impact in any way on Moz's rumoured tour of the US around the same time????

Just a quick line to say The OneThree trundle wagon will be rolling into San Fran,Las Vegas,San Diego and L.A during the first two weeks in September......

doesn't seem to be that significant for anyone hoping for US Moz dates in the fall... I mean, it looks to be 4-5 dates, so basically 1 week.

Plenty of time left for Morrissey.

On velvet rope someone has posted this regarding Morrissey:

re: US tour... avails were out there to clubs for a fall tour a few months ago, but according to my source seem to have disappeared. meaning that it's apparently cancelled. i don't know whys or wherefores (or maybe it'll come through again). but that's the last i heard.

if that's true, maybe the hassle of dealing with homeland security wasn't worth it.

then again, if he wasn't a favorite of the President's, i'm sure that his comments about terrorizing those who experiment on animals didn't exactly make him look like an OK guy, either. :rolleyes:
