Today, 3pm Eastern, Philadelphia's WXPN 88.5 will be broadcasting a tribute to Kirsty MacColl. It will include an interview from 1995. (The show starts at 2pm, but I checked with the station and they said the actual Kirsty portion of the program would start at 3.)
As it is nationally syndicated across the US, one might find a local PRI station which carries the World Cafe here(look at the bottom for the "Station Finder"):

David Dye has been interviewing artists and bands for years and is somewhat of a legend in Philly. He is not only knowledgeable about music, but also extremely insightful. I always enjoy his interviews and commentary thoroughly, and usually learn something to boot. I hope those interested can catch it.
