View Full Version : Greenock gig on Ebay
rs71 May 1, 2006, 10:01 PM Hi everyone,
glad you all enjoyed the gig I recorded and thanks for the kind comments.
Someone has stuck it on ebay

I've reported it, if anyone else has an ebay account could you also report it please. I recorded this with the intention of everyone hearing it for free.
I'd hate to see fans get ripped off.
Thanks again :)

You wouldn't happen to have a link where I can download that show would you? On megaupload or sommink?

Thanks, you're a rock star!
I figure that's the best thing to do to stop scum from getting money off these shows is to make them as available as possible.
Pigsty May 2, 2006, 09:11 AM I'm after some of the recordings from the tour on CDR. I'm unable to download as I don't have broadband and it just seems impossible on dial-up.
I'd love to have it for free but I'd be happy to pay, certainly at least the cost of a disc.
Anyone want to help me out.
It's a pain not having broadband :(

Hey Rob, thanks for the recording... I reported the auction as well. Can I ask how you recorded the show and what equiptment you used? Also, is there anyway to get a lossless version from you? Thanks again..
Ringleader May 2, 2006, 05:21 PM Is it worth reporting this seller to ebay cos I just assume that there are a lot of sellers that selling Morrissey/Smiths bootlegs

For a lossless version you can register at...
http://www.smithstorrents.co.uk/forum/
or
http://www.dimeadozen.org/
Recording data is on both sites.
smithstorrents is probably tour best bet, dime registration is limited, i.e one leaves one can join.
Good luck,
