Hello chums,

Been away, so the plentiful archives of the Reynolds household have been quiet of late...

Here's a lil something to keep you all going... Its from the digital Master so the quality is the best you will ever get...

http://s46.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3E1IC2GMA651W1ARPBD1WPGBCB

If anyone is kind enough to upload an address where I can download a copy (from the CD version only though please - and at least 160k) of Luxuria's two albums I would be more than grateful.... Cheers my dears....

Thanks again Mr Reynolds. This is definitely the best quality version of this song I've heard.

Can you enlighten us why the beginning is different with the piano exclusion on the master version Mr Reynolds?

Does this mean you also have high quality versions of "Born To Hang", "Oh Phoney" and extended version of "Piccadilly Palare"?

Thanks so much Mr. Reynolds! Always a treat.

You've provided 2 out of 4 from this list:
http://www.compsoc.man.ac.uk/~moz/pictures/striptease.png

So you must have a master copy of "Oh Phoney", hehe.

Or these:
http://tour.morrissey-solo.com/news/2001/images/miraval.jpg

I can only make out (not counting the known ones) are "You Should Have Been Nice To Me", and "Laughing Anne".

Thanks for this song once again, and this one:

Wish I could help out with your request, I hope someone else does.

"Morrissey said of this song, in The Face magazine in 1990: 'There's a song called Striptease With A Difference which is about playing a game of cards wherein the loser of each game has to take off an item of clothing. And it's about secretly hoping one loses and in fact manipulating the game towards that end.'"

I can't count the number of times this has happened to me.

Not just there, actually - the piano backing seems to be in a different key generally.

The vocal sounds the same as the other versions I've heard, so it appears to have been produced to the finished article more than once.

I am really, really happy. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I have all the Magazine and Luxuria albums but none of his solo work. Is there a any regular Devoto solo stuff except "Jerky Versions of the Dream"?. Of course you'll know the "This Mortal Coil" project to which Devoto contributed some vocals.
Below you'll find the promised link to the beast box!

Has anyone got Shelley/Devoto CD called Buzzkunst?
Or a higher definition quality version of Jerky Visions Of The Dream?
Also the B Sides/Rareties Magazine album?

I promise more gems from the Reynolds goldmine soon....

Thanks

Very nicely shared, props to you for that.

Am I the only one that thinks this sounds like a very dodgy madness record though?

No. Morrissey thought so too, that's why it was never issued.
