It is ok to dance, drink (and be violent?) in the Catholic church but I think it is wrong to drink, smoke and take drugs. The Pope, the Virgin Mary, the Gilt, the going to Confession, the focus on the bleeding heart and the death of Christ, the speaking in Latin, I think the Catholic religon is a bit scary.

Unless they have beautiful art works in the church, beautiful music, they have inspired the great artists to create amazing music, paintings, etc.
Concerning the latin language, well they don't use to speak latin anymore, not in the church. But I know some guys who love some latin: They are lawyers!!
I came from a catholic family, and although I don't believe in anything, I have to say: This is the most charming religion ever!
Saint Francis of Assis was a charming catholic.

I believe the attitudes of the Catholic church towards homosexuality, abortion ETC. are very scary. And please don't justify yourself by saying Islam is the same bla bla because I am not damning Catholics (including my Mum) in the same way you generalised Muslims as hate-filled, violent and America-hating.
