View Full Version : Morrissey and Pete Burns

I Knew Him When.....
December 15, 2002, 11:27 PM
I knew Morrissey back around the time of his friendship with Pete Burns, 1986 to 92. What a pair they made, Pete brought a lot out of Moz. First, Morrissey wanted Pete to give him sex lessons... as in have sex with him! Pete didn't find him attractive, I don't think, so it never happened. He also wanted Pete to dress him up in drag (leather skirt and bustier) and take him around Chelsea, as Moz was living in Cadogen Gardens at the time. When Pete's mum fell ill with cancer, Morrissey kept on at Pete to give HIM her morphine pills. In his Cadogen Gardens flat, he had this locked room loaded with leather clothes and shoes and if I recall correctly, a set of Paul Smith luggage. At the shoot for the video that Moz did with Tim Broad, I remember him whingeing to Pete about how he wanted to have sex with his drummer but the drummer wasn't into him so what should he do? He also wanted Burns to find him a plastic surgeon to fill wrinkles on his forehead with collagen. Never a dull moment with him. The one thing about him that finally turned me off was how he hated women. He used to say that they smelled like crab paste, and are 'repulsive trouts.' No thanks.

I'm all too pleased.

One Saturday night I was visiting Pete in his house in Holland Park, where he lived at the time, and Moz showed up with Peter Hogg, an ex-friend of Pete's who would always give Morrissey handjobs. Pete was on his way out to a party at a members only club called Fred's, and when Moz saw Pete's thigh high ocelot skin boots, he BEGGED to wear them, and actually did wear them in the car, although he took them off at the club. Moz had taken two ecstasy pills and was as high as a kite, and had to leave the club because he was getting a stiffy over Pete's boots. Pete Hogg and Morrissey were lovers, they'd watch videos together wearing white stiletto heels, which Moz has a fetish over.

youre pulling my chain!

no one can get it up on e.

ecstasy is death to willies!

sure,

you may feel like it,

but,

as for doing it...

might aswell try flying to the moon in a shoebox.

but your character assasination attempt is indeed fascinating.

theres a grain of truth rattling around here somewhere...

did you go through all his old interviews and decide to ''elaborate''on them?

is there anything else horribly perverted that youd like to reveal about saintly moz?

you can get a stiffy on E if you also take poppers or viagra at the same time, can't you?

I assure you it is all fact. I was there. And he did have a stiffy when he left Fred's. Everything is true, children. Moz is a pervert. Throw the toys out of the pram.

Must admit I was off my fucking head though and those shoes were simply killing me. A bit distracting to say the least. If I remember rightly, he was one of those silly little boys who like hanging round famous people like myself. Don't know why he's wasting his time telling you lot this stuff though. Go make a couple of quid out of it little man, if anyone will listen. Ciao.

A couple of quid is about all I'd get for repeating what everyone knows anyway.

I wonder if he still is. The last time I saw him he was looked like he'd had about as much reconstruction as Wacko Jackson. It was a gross sight.

Yeah, yer right. He no longer looks human. I remember Pete telling the Press that everywhere he went he took with him his wife and a boyfriend, because he never knew what mood he would be in.

well it does smell like fish paste.

Anyhow, didn't the Hogg relationship came WELL after the friendship with Pete Burns had been and gone? I remember that as being more 1984 than 1986. And when was collagen - line filling therapy developed. I thought it was a mid 1990s phenomenon.

Anyhow, you could be wrong, you could be right.

OK, you had me going until you said Morrissey wanted to wear ocelot boots.

I'd like to put forward a few comments regarding this post. I think it is important that real Morrissey fans don't believe this rubbish, not that anyone
actually does !!

So:

1) Morrissey did not live in 'Cadogen' Gardens.

2) The 'collagen' process was not widely available in the 'Eighties' when the
poster reported that these incidents 'allegedly' took place.

Many devious people appear to want to post total and absolute rubbish. I would urge all readers to just forget this rubbish........

lucky.
