According to the BBC Radio 6 web page for Andrew Collins' program - http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/presenters/andrew_collins/ - Simon Goddard, the author of the new book "The Smiths: The Songs That Saved Your Life" will be on his program "soon" (no date given yet.)

On the main news page here it says Dec 5th this Thursday.
5.30 UK? So 9.30am NYC? Jeez, I'll still be out for the count...

It's 17:30 (5:30 PM) according to the main page - thanks for the pointer, BTW - which is 12:30 US Eastern Time, no ? Andrew Collins' program is on at tea-time - 16:00 - 19:00

That'll be why I've never been to England - cos I'd be 3 hours behind everyone else. Sorry, I used to live in San Diego - they ARE 8 hours behind over there or am I really really stupid? Oh who cares, I'll still be in bed
