Are you buried under a lot of dirt? I think you're dead.

you do know that you're supposed to continue brushing your teeth even when on a diet.

No carbs? My god. You might as well just kill me and just get it over with. I love food WAY too much to cut anything out of my diet.

You also might wanna try some Listerine? That shit kills everything!

Could be non-lethal endotoxmosis as a result of the rapid die-off of the bacteria that break down complex carbohydrate polymers in your intestines. After a couple days they die off in large numbers and expire with an unpleasant aroma. On the plus side, you should experience less flatulance.

It's your body telling you to stop with the fad diets!!!! They're just a bunch of horseshit. Listen to your body!!!

More technically, you're becoming ketotic. Since you've stopped eating carbs, your body is using fat as its major source of energy. A consequence of exclusive fat metabolism is the buildup of ketone bodies in your system, in which the excess is being released through your lungs. This is the cause of your dragon breath. If you insist on continuing with your foolish ways, up your water intake to combat the problem, but I'd suggest getting off no-carb wagon ASAP.

Eat lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, exercise, and if you must, eat meat once or twice a week (I suggest the organic kind). Hope this helps.

Methinks you're slowly turning into a dinosaur.

Just wait for a meteorite.

Good thing about no-carb diets: they work. i lost about 80 pounds through that and a whole bunch of exercise. bad thing about them: they're nearly impossible to stick to long-term, and as soon as you get off them you can easily pile on the pounds again unless you're super vigilant.
losing weight is really hard and the only real and logical way to do it is old-fashioned and annoying. we have to eat less and exercise more. i hate it but it's a fact.

do you know that you actually starve your body eating like that?

you don't necessarily have to eat less. just try exercising more.
