Curry sauce is a blend of spices, you can add veg or meat to the sauce depending what dish you making. The best currys in the world are from West Yorkshire. The biggest curry house in the world is Aakash in Cleckheaton - and it's ace. If youre new to eating curry then start off with something mild like a korma and steer well clear of vinaloo's.
