In the heart of the city centre I cant remember what road but its a great pub as is Peters Bar where funny enough Morrissey drank there a few months back.

Could you mean Kehoes (in South Anne Street - off Grafton Street) ?

Keoghs is a kip, a better place to go is Bruxelles just off Grafton Street or the Welcome Inn on Parnell Street or The Globe on Georges Street anywhere but Keoghs!
