View Full Version : Morrissey mentions his stalkers in new song...
uhm August 20, 2002, 07:50 AM The line in "I Like You"...
*forces of containment shove their fat faces into mine*...
that's a direct comment on the situation involving Morrissey's
various stalkers. The stalkers ARE the "forces of containment"
... and if you've seen any of the pictures that resulted from
the stalking sessions, you'll know why he said "fat faces"...
yup.

Don't be such an arsehole.... it's an English saying, and doesn't have to mean "fat" literally.
And for those with short memories, what about.... "You're the one for me Fatty" ???????
Prick.

Salford Lads Club August 20, 2002, 02:18 PM This is what Morrissey will get for living in America. Strange, but true. The Americans will NEVER understand the sentiments of The Smiths/Morrissey. They just DON'T get it...They THINK they do, but they don't. Morrissey is and will forever be a British institution..
Steven, if you don't come home soon, I fear that a crazy Yank will shoot you

Hahaha yeah and don't forget to brush your (apparently) bad teeth!!??
What is THAT about??
Dentist August 21, 2002, 01:41 AM Bad teeth and British people go hand in hand. Like bagels & cream cheese, like Bert & Ernie. Don't be upset by that. It's not your fault your country is hygenically challenged.

Librarian on Fire August 21, 2002, 03:26 AM *Sigh*. It's all the Americans can come up with isn't it, bad teeth? Are any Americans familiar with the terms; poms, whinging poms, workshy Brits, 10 pound poms?
I don't wish to start a 'my country is better than your country" debate. It's just that the 'bad teeth' retaliation is the only comeback that ever gets used. The needle is stuck. I'd hate to be narrow minded...
Oh look at that cuppa time.

Me too because here in America fatty, besides and over weight person, can mean a joynt(marijuana). It's just a different meaning to us, but does that mean we are not worthy of Morrissey's music? I think not!
All american man August 21, 2002, 07:11 AM Brits will NEVER understand that Morrissey doens't give a fuck to their sentiments. hahahahahahahahahaha
