it really doesn't surprise me that this happened besides I heard that the band ("his master's hired help") had to find out through this site and morrisseytour to find out what cities they would be playing down the road during Oy Vey esteban Tour.

Come on people, if he cannot be bothered to tell his help, do you really think he would tell his fucked up follower frenzy fans?

Fuck no. Alliteration 1, Fans-ZERO

well, for one, i know that most hotels generally don't charge your credit card for the hotel room unless it is the day off and you didn't show up. i believe you can easily cancel that. i believe rental cars do the same thing, but don't quote me on that.

the plane ticket is a bit of a tougher situation. if you are feeling like taking a risk, you can always call up and rebook the flight to a new day around a new concert date, minus the process fee. even though you lose a bit of money on that, you eventually need to fly somewhere most of these days so the credit will be carried over.

so, its not that horrible. yeah, you are still losing a bit of money, but still...

well, that's really strange because i once asked a hotel clerk why it was that they were wanting to know how i would be paying for my hotel even though i used a credit card and booked it ahead of time, and i was told that they use the information simply to hold the room.

If you book your hotel on the Internet, via a travel Web site, such as Expedia or Travelocity, many of the "special" rates you get require you to pay the entire amount in advance, and they explicitly state that there are NO refunds. In fact, Expedia now has a service whereby you can pay $8.99 extra insurance in case you have to change your hotel plans, so that you can get a refund. And guess what?--I declined it!!! Nelson Muntz says, "Ha, ha."
