Howard Stern sucks. Sorry, its ture.
Every thing he used to stand against,
he became. He is noraml radio. He created
the whole "shock jock" idea, now he destroyed it.
And when you really listen to him speak, you
realize hes not that smart at all. He's just
some guy from Long Island, who likes to joke
around with his friends. Put any jackass on
the radio for two years and eventaully people
will love it. Thanks for the fight against
censorship howard, but face it, anyone would
have done it. Your not special.

The Howard Stern Show jumped the shark when his movie became a success; after that, he gained some credibility in the entertainment industry and celebrities clamored to appear on his show. This obviously went against the whole "career suicide" notion of being a guest on the show and the crew didn't know how to react to this sudden acceptance. So they embraced it.

Though the show is only a watered-down version of its former self (I notice it in the way they always promptly end the show no later than 10:30, whereas they used to sometimes run very late) it's still the only one of its kind and it continues to be a great forum for listening to celebrities squirm (if you can actually "listen" to squirming).

Stern is the kingpin. i think he is the funniest mutha fuggha on the planet,right next to george carlin. but I totally dig howard,he rocks.
