View Full Version : Moz will not record anymore, right? Why wait for something that will never happen? I'm tired. Mona May 16, 2002, 06:16 AM Billy Budd May 17, 2002, 02:40 PM hmmm who's waiting, why are they waiting ? It seems to me that those who have recently discovered Morrissey and The Smiths feel they have missed out, leading to endless spitting out of dummies at the current 'situation'. As far as I'm concerned Morrissey can put in a guest appearance on the next series of Sex In The City if he wants, he deserves to have a laugh nowadays. Chill out and slap Strangeways on. When you've been around as long as me.. (or we have).. we've seen the best of him already. Still great to see him live though.. but I can have so much fun in my endless other musical forays, (like having a life I suppsoe outside of this) that Morrissey will undoubtedly get the Ruffian Mob treatment... But only when he gets off his a*s and stop hanging artound in a foreighn country that is so obvioulsy a distraction from his true sense of creative person!! Anything that comes along now I am glad to share.. but it will never be as good as the Smiths heyday.. Apart from Speedway! > As far as I'm concerned Morrissey can put in a guest appearance on the > next series of Sex In The City if he wants, he deserves to have a laugh > nowadays. Chill out and slap Strangeways on. Strangeways is great.. was there ever a bad Smiths album? No.. It's an amazing fact really. R vBulletin® v3.8.4, Copyright ©2000-2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
