If Moz is feeling ok nowadays, how can he sing those terribly depressing songs of past? Will never marry, seasick, november spawned, etc?

How many years in depression do you expect the man to live? The tears dry up as you age and grow bitter, believe me.

Just because he's not in the same mind-set as he was when he'd written those above-mentioned songs, it doesn't mean he can't belt 'em out on stage.
