Just wanted to drop a line off the main paige about the new Kevin Cummings book. The book has around 60 pages which you could double for each side.
The book mostly focuses on Morrissey solo but has pictures of The Smiths, Johnny Marr, Mike Joyce, Andy Rourke, and Electonic. Here is the break down. Morrissey as a solo artist has around 27 pictures. The Smiths have around 9. Johnny has 4 solo pictures and 3 with Electronic. Around 7 fan shots which are either Japan or English Smiths shows. Around 6 quotes and 4 misc shots of badges and posters. 3 shots of Andy 1 of Mike and 1 of Morrissey's band. Most of the Smiths photos have been in the NME and some of the Morrissey pictures you have seen before. Most of the Morrissey picture came from the Japan tour in 91' and the rest Manchester and Dublin. The Smiths photos are from the very early days and then some before the break up. A foward is done by a fellow NME writter and fan. The book is published by Vision On and will be available in the US soon. It is 12 pounds 99 pence and is now available in the UK now.
