Apparently for legal reasons he can put the stuff out. I say if he can knock me up a copy I'll play it at Panic next month.

Morrissey - for Chrissakes, UNDERSTAND that the Smiths were a BAND.

OK, Johnny and yourself wrote the songs... but Andy and Mike were ESSENTIAL parts of the Smiths, make no mistake. Their contributions to your lyrics are blindingly apparent nowadays more than ever because of your choice to work with 2-bit sad old rockabilly session musicians who drown and stifle and ruin any impact your songwriting may still have. Face it - your future is with Marr, Joyce and Rourke, you could try to bribe and cajole them into rejoining you one last time (however heinous this idea may seem to you). Without them, it's over.

Your vile treatment of them both makes it apparent why all your work colleagues sooner or later tell you to fuck off. Who can blame them?

You're a disgrace, and a public apology to the 2 guys who helped put you where you are today is long overdue.

Really? Are you this dense? Do you just blindly read album covers and accept that all are equal? Is the garnish as important as the steak (yes I know you're a veggie 'cause Morrissey is); is the album sleeve as important as the album? They all go together you see.
But and you must see this. The garnish, the album cover and Mike and Andy are all replaceable by numerous others. Put a tomato next to the meat. Put the album in a plastic and what do you lose: nothing. And get any guitar player and the energizer bunny drummer and you've replaced Andy and Mike with no great loss.
Morrissey and Johnny were the Smiths; the others were along for the ride. Morrissey and Johnny would have been famous without the other two. Andy and Mike should thank their stars and God for the Morrissey and Johnny because if it wasn't for them, they would have been collecting welfare and playing their so called music to the winos and the homeless.
Now Mike is pretending that he has unreleased Smiths tracks as he again attempts to cash in on the only thing he ever had and ever will have. So he will sue Morrissey and Johnny, then use their creations to keep trying to justify his pointless existence.
Andy and Mike were marginal talents, easily replaceable and instead of suing Morrissey, they should be at his house right now painting it and offering to be his butlers.
So stop criticizing Morrissey you deluded fool. Stop believing what is on album covers. All bands are not created equal and Andy and Mike are the living sign.

you have quite obviously NEVER played in your own band or you'd realise the post you've submitted is utter garbage.

In fact, it sounds like a Morrissey post... the same Morrissey the judge called 'devious', 'truculent' and 'unreliable'.

And me a veggie? Grow up!

Idiot.

And you sound like Mike Joyce or perhaps your one of his neighbors trying to get Mike a gig so he'll stop banging his blasted drums in his house pretending to be working on some song that no one will ever hear because without Morrissey and Johnny, he doesn't matter anymore.
Yes, a drummer matters to a band, but they are totally replaceable and without the lyrics and music who really cares if someone is a good drummer. I mean if it wasn't for Morrissey and Johnny the only drumming we'd ever have heard out of good old Mike would have been him banging his head on the wall because his welfare check was late and he'd just been laid off at the gas station and no one's hiring drummers to play at church socials anymore.
So if you are Mike or perhaps his mouthpiece, I think you should rush right over to Morrissey's house and get down on your hands and knees and kiss his feet and then turn around and let Morrissey kick you right in your blood arse for what you put him through in court.
And yes I think you are a veggie and probably a multipersonalitied schizo too; how did you ever escape those men in white you God forsaken freak. Or will they be tittering about in your doorway flat in the near future.
